This is how the team representing the Armenian Community of the Northern Emirates hailed the decision taken by the committee to participate in the 10th Euro Armenian Games, organized by AGBU- Sofia Chapter.

The American University of Sharjah holds the “Global Day” yearly, as a chance for all individuals from the student body to represent their relative ethnicities, countries, traditions, and culture. People from all around the UAE attend this event as a way to show support to their relative countries and pavilions.

On Sunday, September 9, 2012, Members of the Council of the Armenian Community in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, under the leadership of Rev Aram Deyirmendjian paid a courtesy visit to the Embassy of the Republic of Armenia where they were warmly welcomed by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia in the United Arab Emirates Mr. Gegham Gharibjanian and the Consul Mr. Marad Melikian.

On Wednesday, February 27, 2013 and Thursday, February, 28, 2013, the 19th National Representative Assembly of the Armenian Church in the Arabian Gulf Countries held its two-day consultations at Pierre Keusseyan hall, in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, under the auspices of His Grace, Bishop Shahe Panossian.
