On Saturday 28 January 2012, the members of the Armenian Community Council of Dubai and the Northern Emirates together with all other committee members held their first ever general meeting. The event took place in the Pierre Keusseyan community hall in Sharjah.
The objectives of this meeting were:
• to introduce all the different council and committee members to each other
• to present the progress reports of each committee
• to present the future plan of each committee and
• to put forward suggestions for evaluation and/or approval the Community Council
The Armenian Community Council of Dubai and the Northern Emirates has taken the forthcoming activities of the different committees and their suggestions to coordinate/modify and apply as appropriate. All committee members welcomed the announcement of the Council that in the future such meetings were scheduled to be taking place twice a year.
